The Utah Counties Indemnity Pool is committed to protecting your privacy. The data requested is intended to be used to facilitate resolution of your claim and is considered to be the minimum amount of personal data necessary to achieve that intended use. UCIP will not sell your personal data and will only share the data with those entities necessary to fully process your claim. As a governmental entity, UCIP is required to share any document deemed public with any person requesting such record.
