Johnnie Miller
Chief Executive Officer
Appointed by UCIP in 2008, Johnnie Miller has over 35 years experience working in the insurance industry, with over 30 years service in public entity pooling. He is a Certified Risk Manager, Certified Insurance Counselor, and an Associate in Risk Management for Public Entities. He is a board member of the County Reinsurance Limited (CRL), the New Mexico Counties Reinsurance Captive (NMCRe), East Bay Municipal Utility District Public Insurance Enterprise for Risk (EBMUD PIER) Reinsurance Captive and a former board member of the Association of Governmental Risk Pools (AGRiP).

Lance joined UCIP in 2023. He has worked in the insurance industry for over 14 years and is a licensed all lines National Producer.

Marty joined UCIP in 2016. He has 25 years experience working in the insurance industry, with nearly 10 years of years service in Public Entity Pooling. He has been a licensed producer since 2001.

Aly Michale
Executive Administrative Specialist
Aly joined UCIP in 2022. She has over 15 years of experience in office administration, working closely with state agencies. She is the appointed Records Officer, Clerk to the Board of Directors, and facilitator of trainings that the Pool offers to Members.
